KONIGREICH VON NORDBERG |
The following is a fantasy extension for TNW Volume II CAMPAIGN ECKMUHL(c) game.
Napoleon created a "Confederation of the Rhine". The region
and the towns near Hamburg, close to the Danish border, and the north
sea coasts of Germany were united under a single kingdom. An imperial
decree from Fontainebleau of December 15th 1808 announced the
formation of the new state. The Kingdom was given to Wilhelm Karl of
Mecklembourg. The kingdom was ruled according to French principles and rules. The Code Napoleon was introduced, and freedom was granted to religious minorities such as the Jews. The counterpart was high taxation, and war contribution, both in money, goods and men. The kingdom reached its final size near 1812. |
We are not sure who wrote it. But he sure did drink more than water. You can download the national anthem of Nordberg, in MP3 format by clicking here : |
